We check your benefits
If you have dental insurance, we check your plan's benefits and tell you what it says it covers before you come in. If you do not, we explain our written estimate and our sliding-fee steps.
Fill in your forms
Your health history and consent forms live in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Large-print and paper forms are available if you ask.
Your exam
Your dentist looks at your teeth, gums and any dentures you wear, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and talks through what they found.
Your plan, in writing
You leave with a written plan and estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions before you decide.

Before you come in
What do I bring to the first visit?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID, a list of the medicines you take and any dentures you wear now, even a broken one. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.
Do I fill in medical details on this website?
No. Our contact form asks for no medical details. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.
Can you get my records from my old dentist?
Yes. Give us your previous practice's contact information and we will request your records, with your written permission, before your first visit.
